Old bath, loo, basin and tiles need removing. Needs all new plumbing pipe work under floorboards and leading up to bath, shower, sink and rad. Needs new water tight treated wood floor then tiles. Partial wall tiling around shower/bath and sink. Non tiled areas will need painting. Old units and tiles taken to dump.
